@  BingHogan : (12 September 2014 - 11:22 AM) First ball out of the box-- Back of the net! Second, straight little draw. As Kenny Perry once said: " I Kain't miss it!" Really haven't hit a driver like that in years!
@  J13 : (12 September 2014 - 09:45 AM) Bio Cell is a hidden gem. Heard Cobra is bringing the HEAT next year.
@  ROBOPTI : (12 September 2014 - 09:44 AM) Bing ... Bio Cell + is AWESOME ... LOVE !!!! mine

@  rfdegen : (10 September 2014 - 07:31 AM) We're still playing golf here - in between thunderstorms. Record rains in WI. Sucks!
@  TJR : (09 September 2014 - 09:30 PM) I need to play. Been going to the range, but my swing sucks right now. Playing crooked stick in 2 weeks if the weather is decent.
@  MN NICE : (09 September 2014 - 07:27 PM) NFL is BACK!
@  BingHogan : (09 September 2014 - 03:29 PM) Anybody still playing golf out there!? Man, it's dead.

@  burniemac : (09 September 2014 - 07:42 AM) Just got a sleeve of the Titleist test balls in the mail yesterday
@  BingHogan : (08 September 2014 - 06:16 PM) Sleeves that have been handed out. Looks like more spin probably due to lower spinning drivers coming out.
@  TWshoot67 : (08 September 2014 - 01:56 PM) Are we talking the New Titleist sleeves that have been sent out?
@  TWshoot67 : (08 September 2014 - 01:55 PM) @BingHogan is this ball from a New Company or just a new Proto for next years possible selections?
@  BingHogan : (07 September 2014 - 10:10 PM) Testing a new ball prototype tomorrow. Sworn to not to loose it. Just hit it and see...
@  BingHogan : (07 September 2014 - 09:58 PM) Maura Passing Point with KBS V -- Sweet! Hit 200 and couldn't put em down. Great turf interaction and feel.
@  TJR : (06 September 2014 - 09:27 PM) I was talking to someone today and mentioned that this is probably the first time I've been completely satisfied with the clubs in my bag
@  BingHogan : (06 September 2014 - 07:43 PM) Decided to go through ALL my bags and start over from driver to wedges.
@  BingHogan : (06 September 2014 - 07:42 PM) PP - large cavity. Doesn't have the new CB yet. Also the new blade. Really expensive, though. Might have to break out the new MP 69's.
@  TJR : (06 September 2014 - 02:30 PM) Should feel buttery soft. Blade or CB?
@  BingHogan : (06 September 2014 - 09:53 AM) Hitting a Miura with KBS V later today to add to the confusion

@  BingHogan : (28 August 2014 - 10:20 PM) A zinger is probably right. He's the only one on the GC that knows what he's talking about.
@  TJR : (28 August 2014 - 04:14 PM) Azinger said he could fix Tiger in 10 minutes...
@  youngwaldo : (28 August 2014 - 09:40 AM) Butch is slowing down so taking Tiger will not happen.
@  HossOnMoss : (28 August 2014 - 09:16 AM) I've heard the Grant Waite rumors as well, but that would be so similar to how Foley teaches. That's not to say that Grant couldn't teach him better even with a similar model or style.
@  HossOnMoss : (28 August 2014 - 09:15 AM) Butch already said no and Tiger isn't going to take the left overs. I could see Claude III as an outside possibility otherwise, but I doubt it because of that.
@  BingHogan : (28 August 2014 - 08:57 AM) Gotta be one of the Harmon's. Or all of them. It's not the coach...
@  J13 : (28 August 2014 - 06:04 AM) I'm taking myself out of consideration to be tigers next coach lol

@  HossOnMoss : (27 August 2014 - 09:28 AM) Tiger holds interviews for the position. Breed walks up and says, "Come on, Tiger! LET'S DO THIS!!!!" Tiger and I are thinking the same thing....BRUTAL. Haha
@  TWshoot67 : (26 August 2014 - 07:54 PM) Heck Tiger doesn't need to be with Michael Breed he's already a weekly discussion about the golf swing even when he's not playing on the Golf Channel....
@  Golferrob22 : (26 August 2014 - 06:36 PM) I'd put some money on Bob May! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
@  TJR : (26 August 2014 - 06:26 PM) How about Michael Breed? Tiger could be featured on a weekly segment of "The Golf Fix"
@  HossOnMoss : (26 August 2014 - 12:04 PM) I figured it was coming. Who's up next for the position? My money is on Chuck Cook.
@  BingHogan : (25 August 2014 - 02:21 PM) Still would like Tiger to get to at LEAST 18 Majors! That will tick off Chamblee.
@  TWshoot67 : (25 August 2014 - 01:55 PM) Tiger and Foley are done. The split has been announced by both sides1

@  J13 : (10 August 2014 - 02:52 PM) Oh this is shaping up to be an EPIC sunday at the PGA Champ. !!!!!
@  MWP : (08 August 2014 - 09:42 PM) @TW Since Fowler put work into his swing with Butch and cut his hair my opinion on him has completely changed, I'd like to see him squeak this one out.
@  TWshoot67 : (08 August 2014 - 08:08 PM) Although Steve Striker winning would be pretty cool too...
@  TWshoot67 : (08 August 2014 - 08:07 PM) Is anyone else pulling for Rickie Fowler this weekend?
@  KyCutter : (08 August 2014 - 05:13 PM) He should be smarter than that TW. That's my point. If he's hurt. Quit
@  TWshoot67 : (08 August 2014 - 04:11 PM) he's probably going to gut it out hurt himself some more just so he don't have to listen to media and naysayers who say he's faking his injuries
@  TWshoot67 : (08 August 2014 - 04:10 PM) he's already posted an 81 @ The Open few years back.
@  KyCutter : (08 August 2014 - 02:38 PM) Pushed putt. Pulled back. Time to WD. No way will he post 80
@  rfdegen : (08 August 2014 - 10:17 AM) Not contrary, from someone with a bad back, just amazed he's playing this week. Un-freakin-believable.
@  TWshoot67 : (07 August 2014 - 01:08 PM) It's all what have you done lately in todays world. Sorry I just don't give up on Tiger so easy. I'm a fanboy! lol
@  TWshoot67 : (07 August 2014 - 01:07 PM) I love how people are so contrary, less then 10 months ago Tiger had 5 wins and was #1 WGR. Now it's like he should just toss it in an quit his career is over, LOL
@  Qwagmire : (07 August 2014 - 10:47 AM) any guesses when the spasms happen? I got front nine Friday
@  KyCutter : (07 August 2014 - 08:27 AM) I suspect the "spasms" are creeping back into the picture.
@  HossOnMoss : (06 August 2014 - 07:39 PM) He did say it was spasms...real or not. Anyone that didn't think he would tee it up this week is nuts. There's no way he was missing the PGA once he made his statement sunday.
@  KyCutter : (06 August 2014 - 04:06 PM) Tired indeed ROBO…miraculous recovery tho'
@  ROBOPTI : (06 August 2014 - 02:43 PM) Really ??? ... Just a tired show
@  rfdegen : (06 August 2014 - 11:50 AM) Tiger on the range at Valhalla! Unbelievable!
@  HossOnMoss : (05 August 2014 - 09:31 PM) Bing, got tied up all day but I'll catch up with you tomorrow!

Does anyone have any reviews on these shafts? The HL7 looks pretty sweet in terms of a possible shaft for 2010 in the driver...

That's correct. HL7 is Altus launch with lower spin.

Absolutely...I have not seen a shaft that launches the ball the way that these do without spinning a ton as well. The HL and CN profiles are the pinnacle of truely high launch, low spin.

I would say that HL7 has probably been the most popular shaft in drivers and fairway woods combined through our fittings this year. Works equally well in both applications.

Both feel pretty smooth, but I would say that CN7 feels a litte smoother because of the material makeup and the kick that it has. It literally feels like it is catapulting the ball from the tee.

Interesting that the cinnamon has a higher launch than the "high launch" - I was looking at the HL... now maybe the CN - both are $$$ - never thought I'd think of Ozik as my budget brand for a shaft

Based on the player testing, these shafts are going to get alot of play. Highest launch and lowest spin. Just up my alley!!

Unfortunately the quantity on them is ultra limited. We are on the 3rd and final batch of them. Cinnamon is a shaft that we CANNOT have done again, even if we wanted to, simply because the material is not available.

That said, the balance and weight at 75g seems to actually work equally well in the driver and fairway woods. I generally prefer something around 80g in the 3 wood, but the HL7 feels very good from a weight standpoint to me personally.
