Anyone try these eco-friendly golf balls out?
The Fire ball is $75 per dozen and the Earth ball is around $40 - but supposedly they are top of the line balls in terms of performance.

The golf course I work at has carried the Earth Ball for two seasons. A lot of our members tried them becasue it was new. It has not gotten great reviews. Very few bought the second dozen. We have a diverse group of golfers with a few legitimate single digit handicappers to sky high, off the chart. I've hit a couple and I can assure you I won't be trading in my Pro V1's or Pentas anytime soon to game these. It has good performance, but, I'm sure it won't win you over as your everyday golf ball. The feel is not bad, distance is not as good as other premium balls, and they don't spin as well as ProV1 or Penta. It has a little higher trajectory off wedges and short irons and I think that helps it stop. They don't spin well on half and finesse shots. Hope this helps.
